When The Apple of His Eye is Touched

8 For this is what the Lord Almighty says: “After the Glorious One has sent me against the nations that have plundered you—for whoever touches you touches the apple of his eye— 9 I will surely raise my hand against them so that their slaves will plunder them.[a] Then you will know that the Lord Almighty has sent me.

- Zechariah 2:8-9

Heavenly Father,

I thank You for treating me as Your very own child.  I am Yours and I am the apple of Your eye. I thank You, Father, for Your promised protection, and that You will vindicate me against those who mean harm to you.  No enemy will succeed in their wicked plans against me for surely You will raise Your hand against them; they will not go unpunished.

Thank You, Father God, that in the end, You will fulfill Your promise to Your people -- justice will be served.

This I pray in Jesus' name. Amen!
